Since December 2017, the mobile app “My 15” directly links patients to the emergency department of Moselle’s region in France. A valuable tool that improves the speed and accuracy of rescue.
The concept ? A free phone app (available on Androïd and Appstore platforms) that allows you, in one click on the screen of your smartphone, to be directly in touch with a doctor from the emergency in Moselle.
“My 15” offers its users to fill out in advance a form indicating their age as well as any history or medical treatment. Precious information for first aid, which will appear directly on the screen of doctors during the call.
This helps to make a decision faster, because it gives important medical elements. The antecedents and the treatments are immediately available to doctors receiving patient emergency call. The phone app geolocates the call, with a precision of less than 10 meters. The app has already been downloaded more than 5,000 times, and emergencies from other departments are considering its implementation.
